Perhaps one of the most well known names of Cook Islands Music, Brother Love (Rahui Vaka) stormed onto the scene in 1996 with his hit song Ruketekete Te Mamae (aka Roimata).  After many years as a percussion musician he decided to exercise his own vocal skill and this his debut solo album is the result.  Featuring that hit song, this is a must have even after 15 years.

At the tender age of just 18 Melissa (of Pukapuka & Canadian descent) burst into the music scene after winning a Song Quest in Rarotonga.  Her prize was a recording contract in New Zealand and the rest is history…  This her debut album represents the sweetness and innocence that won her acclaim in the Cook
SUMARINGA BOYS
Sumaringa - it means beautiful, and that's exactly the right adjective for the music of this band.  Seamlessly, the Sumaringa Boys take the listener on an emotional journey with songs that are sometimes upbeat and vigorous, sometimes gentle and slow.  The ukelele sounds and the great vocal harmonies make this album difficult to pass up.
SUNSET SPECIAL VOL 1

Sunset Special – This group is the foundation study for all Cook Islands string bands that have sprung up recently, and is the birth place of Brother Love.
