One of the most gifted singers of her time, Cook Islands artists Tara Makirere tried something new for the music with a non-stop easy listening album featuring both English and Cook Islands songs that are great sing-along tunes.  This album rocketed Tara to fame particularly in French-Polynesia.

After the release of Club Raro Hits volume one - the demand for another great compilation arose.  This is the result.  Dubbed Club Raro Hits Vol 2, this CD features more of the "Live" element that made Club Raro the hottest niteclub for Cook Islanders in New Zealand.

Perhaps one of the most well known names of Cook Islands Music, Brother Love (Rahui Vaka) stormed onto the scene in 1996 with his hit song Ruketekete Te Mamae (aka Roimata).  After many years as a percussion musician he decided to exercise his own vocal skill and this his debut solo album is the result.

The Rage – Cook Islands Mini Music Festival is one of the biggest events of the year featuring only the best of Cook Islands Music & Artists. It all started with this album in 2009.
